Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at sales@ktchic.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as undergarments or swimwear (unless unopened and unused)

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, customers must follow the standard return process after delivery.
