International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many main countries worldwide, such as the EU, UK, US, CA, AU, Asia, the Middle East, etc.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KTChic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied such charges are your responsibility as the customer. The amount of duties and taxes depends on the shipping address you provide and will be calculated at checkout.

Below are the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order:

  • Order is placed: Day 1
  • Preparing your package: Up to 5 Business Days
  • Shipping your items: Up to 7-30 Business Days

We'll send you a tracking number once you've placed your order, so you know where it is at every step of the way.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

The processing time will be 1-5 business days.(including order placing,packing,shipping to departure airport etc.) Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

  • Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

  • It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

  • If items are prepared within 24 hours of your order, then we can ship them in one day.

SHIPPING

  • Shipment takes approximately 7-30 business days to reach the destination countries.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

  • Usually, it takes about 20-30 days in some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy

  • Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

CAUSE OF DELAY

Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:

 

  • Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.)
  • Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc. 
  • Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

If you experience any delays in tracking updates, we recommend you check the estimated delivery time. If your package is taking longer than scheduled, please contact us by mail. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

Customers must know:

Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.

  • Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Vessful cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Vessful will do its best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

Limited Shipping Regions

Please be aware that our shipping services are restricted to the countries listed above. We no longer offer shipping to other international destinations outside of these regions, including but not limited to, other parts of Asia, Africa, South America, and additional regions of Oceania and Europe not mentioned.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by mail with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
